Welcome to Siesta Beach House Unit #105, your beachside vacation condo that has now been fully renovated in preparation for accommodating you!! The Siesta Beach House community has direct beach access, community heated pool, 1/4 mile from Siesta Key Public Beach with tennis courts, picnic pavilions, and playground. Siesta Key has become popular for its soft white sand beaches and island life. Utilize any one of the many free ride (tips only) services on the island or the free island shuttle to visit Siesta Key Village and the expanding south village offering a great selection of restaurants, shopping, and island nightlife.

This unit has all the amenities you need to be in a clean, comfortable, 1 bedroom unit that has direct beach access.

Arrive anytime after 4pm and start your vacation immediately as if it were your very own vacation home; no check-in procedure, no keys to pickup! After parking in your designated parking spot directly in front of your building, walk up the stairs from the parking lot to find the unit on the second floor. You will enter into the living room furnished with comfortable lounge seating for 4 and equipped with flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out into a full sized mattress for you to fit your guests. Just around the corner you will find the kitchen with all major appliances available for your use, among other small kitchen appliances. The eat-in style kitchen is stocked for light to medium cooking needs and offers seating for 3, possibly 4. Back through the living room, in the rear of the unit, you will find a bedroom furnished with a King sized mattress, dresser, and equipped with flat screen TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom equipped with tub/shower for your use!

Great little place

My sister and I go to Siesta Key every February and loved this apartment. Perfect location, clean, everything was in order, and when we had a question about beach chairs, it was answered within two hours. Definitely recommend.

Spring Break

The unit was clean and modern with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and a nice layout. It was close to the beach. Due to the hurricane, there was a lot of construction going on and the outdoor area was not as usable as it appears in the photos.

Beautiful

Our reservation was for seven days but had to cut out early due to storm “Debby”. The full three days we were there was amazing. Everyone was very nice. The private beach was amazing with a perfect sunset every night. The unit was cozy, clean and beautiful. Communication with host was quick and informative. We will be back.

Clean and easy access

The place we stayed in feels like home to us, small but they have everything we needed as they advertise. Easy access to the pool and the beach is awesome they have also private area to go to the beach and chairs as well. Check In and check out are easy to do. On our second day they were an issue in our bathroom but the property mngt was quick to respond and did the job on same day. It has also bus (free) to take you to the Siesta Village.Restaurants are close by and the rental place is very easy to find. Our overall experience were great will be back again next summer!

Excellent Updated Unit

This is an excellent updated unit for a couple. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Beware: Siesta Beach House condos do not have either a on-site or on-call property manager. And you will be walking thru an active construction project to get to the beach.
