Condition of house was very disappointing

There we're multiple problems with the house throughout the month we stayed - including: *broken ice maker (it took 4 trips to the house over a 3 week period to finally get it fixed). *broken air conditioner *broken microwave (broke twice in the time we were there) *broken pool heater *non working ceiling fan *multiple burned out light bulbs *broken coffee maker *non-working outdoor water faucets *no pool area furniture *very limited, very old indoor furniture (the only seating in the living room was one couch) *limited number of bath towels and only two wash cloths for a house that sleeps 8). *the lack of response and sense of urgency from the management company was disappointing.

Disappointed

The house definitely needs some TLC, things have not been maintained very well. We encountered several things that were in need of repair. The front window by the pool table was broken and is a potential danger to children & pets. The curtains on that window fell to the ground while opening them. We could not use the one slider door because the handle was broken, making it hard to open & close. Mater bedroom door stop was not attached to the wall, just laying on the floor. Holes in the master bedroom closet , some puttied some not. The trim piece between the bedroom & bathroom on the floor in the master is not attached to the floor. We tripped over it several times. The kitchen was very lightly stocked with basic needs. We couldn’t find Tupperware for storing leftovers, that is kind of a must in the kitchen!! Very disappointing that we had to fill the propane on the grill immediately without even completing one meal. I think it would be a good idea to keep a back up in the garage & then if you need to change it out the guest could fill the empty one. At least we wouldn’t had to run out mid grilling. The bathroom in the hall needs help! Anytime the toilet was used it screeched while flushing, you could hear it through the house. Not a great feature when the bedrooms are right there. The shower drain in that bathroom drains disgusting slow, during your shower you stand ankle deep in water. The furniture by the pool needs to be replaced, chairs are strung together by bungees 👎
