Perfect for holiday!

I doubted the fun stories the referees told about these holiday homes until I set foot on the premises. Our unit looked marvelous from afar and even better at close range. Inside; everything screamed perfection.

Nice and Clean!

My department organized a week-long getaway- it was the perfect bonding opportunity. I met some unfamiliar faces by the swimming pool and others on the video game couch. The holiday homes were just as we expected, clean, spacious, and conveniently designed.

They stated in the description they have satellite/cable TV….about 7 TV and none of them worked. It took them over 24 hours during college/NFL weekend to get hem working. Had someone come the first night at 10 pm and couldn’t get it working. Although they advertised they had it they barely did any refund. All I got were a lot of texts saying we thank you for your patience but not getting it fixed for 24 hours. We had to cancel and change plans while waiting for their technician for 24 hours. As well be careful, the spa and BBQ are extra fees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the TV service during your stay, especially as it coincided with a busy sports weekend. When you reached out, our team responded right away by sending a technician that same evening. Unfortunately, the issue required further troubleshooting and could not be resolved immediately. Our IT team was able to fully restore the service the following morning, but we understand the disruption this caused and regret that it took longer than expected. We also appreciate your note about the spa and BBQ. These amenities do have additional fees, and we’ll make sure this is made clearer in our listing to avoid any confusion in the future. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve both our communication and our guest experience. We truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

5 stars!

I selected this holiday home as the last result but once inside, I regretted the time I spent sampling the other options. The home's design is the most fun part; the rooms are spacious, well-lit, and very clean. The kids' sleeping areas were also subjectively designed; my little boy loved his room.
