A pleasant stay

Host was very helpful, proactively communicating. Enjoyed a peaceful two weeks. Neighborhood was quiet. Shopping nearby. The photos represent the property nicely. I particularly liked sitting in the screen porch overlooking the pond and walking the neighborhood.

We even had a Christmas tree! Good updates to living room with the hassocks. Beautiful location close to what we needed. Perfect!

Beautiful Home, very well kept for

Many of our early mornings we were on the Lanai; there is a small pond in the back wildlife is plentiful, ducks, geese and with birds of all kinds, the geico's were scurrying all over the place. Like having your own Wildlife Sanctuary, a beautiful area even with small children just to watch everything. Very quiet neighborhood excellent home to stay in.

The home is very spacious, clean and U feel Welcome when U enter the home. The lanai on the back of the home is where we spent most of our time is a wonderful area to watch the wildlife in the area, ducks geese numerous other birds, geico's scurrying around, neighborhood is very quiet, yard is well maintained.

Good located and clean

I chose this house for pricing and location. I was not disappointed. The house was located close by all of the places that I wanted to go. I was able to visit Anna Maria island, Cochina beach, Bradenton beach, and Sarasota. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful Home

The house is centrally located in Bradenton, near shopping and places to eat. The house is just as pictured. My family and I throughly enjoyed the patio the most. The host provides coffee, some flavored oatmeal, 2 pans and a pasta pot( If you cook, please bring or buy extra pots), salt, pepper and plenty of dish-ware / utensils. They provide hotel size body wash, shampoo and conditioner. If you are staying for a while I suggest bringing your own supplies. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Everything we needed

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were six adults and the house was roomy enough that we didn't feel crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the birds in the pond while we had our morning coffee. The house was super clean and it had all of the necessary amenities. There was one glitch and I only point it out to show how wonderful the owner was. The battery on the door lock died and we had no way to lock the door as we were leaving for the day. I texted Judy and she called me within minutes. I was concerned about leaving the home unlocked. Even though Judy doesn't live in Bradenton she has boots on the ground and had someone there to change the batteries within the hour. Thank you, Judy!
