Come and enjoy the vacation you have been waiting for - on the Bay of Quinte in beautiful Prince Edward County. Walking distance to LCBO, local butcher shop and restaurants.

Have your own new build beach house with sweeping balcony, dock and stone beach (with access to over 200 ft of waterfront)! The view, serenity and entire experience will have you spending extra nights.

The space

Soaring ceilings, contemporary loft feel with over 200' of direct private waterfront on the beautiful Bay of Quinte. With one of the most magnificent decks on the Bay, you will be enjoying every second of the day and the night.

There is one private bedroom with king sized bed and direct access to deck. It has locking interior/exterior doors and a semi-ensuite bathroom which can be locked to be private ensuite bathroom with rain head shower and double vessel sinks. There is a washer and dryer concealed within a master bedroom closet. Above is a 65" TV.

The upstairs is an open loft with private bathroom and 2 double sleeper sofas.

The high quality custom kitchen has quartz countertops, quartz kitchen table/island and built-in stainless appliances (microwave, dishwasher).
