Loved the property was perfect for what we wanted accomodated 8 adults comfortably. Host was contactable and touched base when power outages occured during storm which was considerate.

Good location clean well appointed Villa. No hot water on the first day. Turns out it was a dual gas cylinder driven system. No information on this topic in the Villa manual. Contact was made on the emergency number left. Email response sites the issue but the tone was rather scolding in that we should have used the portal or something like that. We switched the cylinders over and hot water restored. Update of the Villa manual recommended.

Thanks for the review Anthony, and sorry again the gas ran out on your first night. The manual has been updated to contain info on how to swap to the second bottle. I am not sure why you felt you were "scolded" though. We send a message to all guests on arrival, advising the best way to contact us during and after hours.
