Updated 1900's home in Old Town Arvada only a 6 minute walk to the Light Rail Arvada Station as well as bars and restaurants. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, wood floors throughout except the new tile in the kitchen and all new appliances, furnace and A/C.
Bedrooms are: queen downstairs, full and king upstairs. This is pet friendly so it's a fully fenced yard and a patio to sit and enjoy.
All linens and dishware are included. WiFi, cable and air conditioning too.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. The home has a special personality and character all its own. The kitchen is well stocked. The king sized bed is very comfortable (that’s the only one we used) The owner is very responsive to all our questions. It is a great location, close to Denver attractions. Old Town Arvada is a close walk with shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed our stay in Olde Town Arvada very much. It was especially interesting to see the old water tower lit up around dawn on the morning it snowed. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, shops and train station.

Great central location for a Labor Day Weekend trip. Perfect for day trips to Boulder, Breckenridge, Denver, Colorado Springs and Red Rocks. Also close ot the old town Arvada neoghborhood (walking distance) with plenty of cool restaurants, bars and shops. Great stay and highly recommended.
