Why they chose this property
Other things to note
The cottage is located at the bottom of a small hill. There are several paths designed to get you to the cottage (follow our version of the yellow brick road). Park at the top of the property and take the steps down from the garage, or from the driveway. Vehicles are not recommended to go down the driveway. We promise once you get down there, you won’t want to leave!
The area
Our serene cottage is located 30 mintues off Highway 11 north of Huntsville.
We are just over 3 hours from the GTA, door-to-door.
Ideal Guests
If you’re looking for a wonderful lakefront cottage, beautiful grounds, and don’t mind a slight walk down to the cottage, we’d love to host you!
Our cottage comes with all the amenities and toys needed to make your stay a wonderful one. Whether you’re getting away with the family, a couples retreat or a getaway with friends Seven3Five has an experience for you.
What to Bring
We provide all the essentials needed for your stay – bedding, beach towels (for up to six people), coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, bodywash. We are on a septic system so we’d ask that you take advantage of the toiletries we’ve carefully cultivated for you). There is also a play pen to make your visit with little ones more comfortable.
The cottage is also outfitted with UV water filters, so the water is safe to consume. When you arrive there will also be a full water dispenser, which can be refilled throughout your stay at the nearby springs.
The Extras
Gerry’s General Store is just 8 minutes down the road, for anything you might have forgotten for your stay. Gerry’s does double duty and also functions as an LCBO as well.
Just a few minutes away, Mill Bay Market offers farm fresh fruits, vegetables and meat.
Restoule Provincial Park – 20 minutes away, located between Restoule Lake and Stormy Lake. Spend the day enjoying hiking and bike trails. Gibbs Trail can also be found along the way.
Enjoy locally made honey and a tour from Board’s Honey Farm.
