Little Shore Thing is your beach getaway to an incredible ocean view at this 3rd floor condo. Enjoy your morning coffee and the Carolina sunrise from the oceanfront deck with access from the main living area and bedroom. This cute condo is located on the North End of Carolina Beach near the pier and Freeman Park. Perfect for a day of lounging on the beach or fishing.

Beautiful view!

The condo is beautiful inside and the location offered a gorgeous ‘work from home’ space for me. Pros: well stocked kitchen for cooking, big balcony with morning sun right on the water, fans throughout the condo, great ‘pet area’ for walks, going to sleep to the sound of waves, the wi-fi was good. Cons: steps to third floor (didn’t bother us), condo could use a serious wipe down/repaint job. The washer/dryer are ancient but passable. Beach access is a short block away. A upgraded bed & couch would make this place closer to 5 star.

Did NOT have a private entrance to the beach We had no idea this was on the 3rd floor and 8 flights of stairs with no elevator, and when you have to use a cane to walk and have bad lungs, this was terrible. There was no coffee pot, only a 1 serving Kerig. The freezer did not work. The place was clean but we wont be back

Up to date clean condo

Updated condo that has everything you need, including an amazing ocean view from balcony! Highly recommend. Appreciate being able to bring my dog to this fantastic location.

Recent Renovation

We stayed after a recent renovation and were very happy with the results. Very clean and up to date. Dishwasher did not work but that didn't impact our stay.
