About this property

1BR with 2 beds and a kitchen on the 2nd floor

We only allow dogs in our pet friendly rooms. One dog is free, but the second is an additional $25 one time. Please let us know if you are bringing a second dog.



The old motor lodge re-invented! We recently took two hotel rooms and combined into one nice kitchenette suite. All new bathrooms, kitchens, doors, windows, lock system and furniture. Still has the old radiators and wall mounted AC units that we just couldn't find a way around, but they work great! An excellent base camp to enjoy the Black Hills and Badlands. Owners are avid hikers and mountain bikers who have lived in the area their entire lives. Happy to help get you pointed in the right direction.

Updated but not for families

I stayed at the single bedroom with futon. The bathroom had great updates, fridge was cold, wall AC's worked well & parking is close. the bed mattress was pretty comfortable. Linens were good. A twin air mattress fit in the living area. Some of the not so good: futon was not sleep able on, very dirty and big hole in the middle. Curtains you could see through the ends so we had to figure out some ways to block that. The ceiling for the above rooms aren't sound proof, we could hear EVERYTHING! all hours of the night if you catch my drift. So that was very disturbing for my daughter & I. If you don't have children & you can a good set of ear buds, this place isnt bad. I wouldn't recommend it for families.
