Delightful and spacious second row condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Both bedrooms have a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The condo

will sleep 6 comfortably! Ocean views and front row seats right from your

balcony for the seasonal weekly fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. See

all the days catch from the local charter boats right from your balcony as

well!

Enjoy your evenings after a long day in the sun with cable tv and

complimentary Wi-Fi. Kitchen fully equipped and supplied with all your cooking

needs such as microwave, toaster oven and standard drip coffee pot.

Located close to the boardwalk and public beach access. Make sure to take your

coffee and enjoy colorful sunrises or perhaps view a dolphin or two! Parking

for 2 vehicles. No smoking in the condo.

Right in the center of Carolina Beach enjoy shopping, restaurants and the

stunningCarolina Beach Boardwalk. Another couple miles to the Fort Fisher

Aquarium and the ferry.



Please note, this unit is located on the top floor and NO ELEVATOR.

Nice location

Very nice location can walk to everything. Pool is great. Very quiet. Good view of the ocean. Only negative things about this place is cleanliness it looked like the patio hasnt been swept or clean in a long time, carpets need to be deep cleaned, needs a few updates, new out door rug, needs Curtains, and the cabinets in the kitchen need a deep clean and paint there is mold bad in the one beside the oven. Other than that this place is good. Also be prepared for 50 stairs up to the top floor where the condo is.

Washing machine was broke...standing water...balcony door was messed up...not having towels everyday was ridiculous and not to mention not all tvs worled
