Everything with my stay went smoothly. Easy access to the house, good location, clean and comfortable. Expect an old house with creaky floors but everything works and the kitchen has been renovated.

This is a pleasant property located in a quiet suburb, handy for reaching the city and not far from local shops.The property seems to have been someone's home, then been sold and possibly being refurbished room by room. Various things are dated and in need of renovation although still comfortably liveable. The main downside is probably the bathroom which has peeling paint, and especially the toilet which has no ventilation, no hand basin and when we went a disgusting toilet brush on the windowsill.The kitchen was modernised and great.

We loved the location , with a short walk to shops, petrol station, take aways , liquor store , it was about a 20 minute drive into Perth . The accommodation was clean , but was in need of a bit of an update, , the one thing we noticed was none of the windows would open, saying that we would stay again
