Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, SMEG toaster & kettle, Microwave etc. Stylish living room has got two comfortable occasional chairs and Ins style couches. Minimalism style dining stable with 6 rattan & timber chairs. Modern light luxury style bathroom with designed Matt black mixer, tap ware etc.

Guest access
You can dry your washed clothes at the rear of downstairs. If the weather is not suitable for drying clothes. We have a foldable airer available at the premises. Sorry dryer is not available.

Other things to note
Our apartment has three bins available( yellow, green, red lids), we share the yellow lid bins with F so please make sure you put all recyclable items in the yellow bins with E and F on it. E Red lid bin is for general waste. E green lid bin is for organic waste.
