This clean and quiet townhome is a two-bedroom 2 bath home located near a park with access to a private community pool. It is within a 10-minute drive to the Texas Tech campus and major shopping areas that include several restaurants and retail stores. The townhouse is fully furnished, has AC and free parking, along with wi-fi and a Roku enabled smart tv. Each bedroom has a brand-new queen bed setup with comfortable pillows and linens. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with a comfortable new mattress, linens, and plenty of pillows. Each room can sleep two people. The living room has a comfy couch set that can be used by another guest if needed. Bedrooms include areas for clothes storage, bedside lamps, and additional outlets for charging devices. One of the bedrooms has a nice desk setup for those needing to work during their stay. A direct ethernet connection is also provided.
The kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker (and coffee!), bottle openers, glassware, toaster, etc.
The updated bathrooms have showers in each of them and plenty of towels for all guests. There is shampoo and soap available for all guests.
There is a washer and dryer in the property that is available to use as well.
The shaded backyard area is perfect for those quiet evenings where you want to sit outside and relax or enjoy a meal. A propane grill is available for guests use but you will need to light it manually with matches or a lighter. There is plenty of parking under the covered area in the back and free street parking in the front.
Guests are welcome to use the private community pool with the provided key. If you intend to party, be overly rambunctious, or leave this area a mess, please avoid this listing. Any issues related to the property or pool will be immediately charged to guests and reported to Airbnb. If the key to the pool is lost or not left in the exact location it was provided, guests will be charged a $100 replacement fee.
Please note - This property does not allow any pets or animals during your stay. Please plan on making other arrangements. There will be no exceptions to this. Any violation will result in a $250 fee.

Garrott and Shawna are your local hosts. All communication will take place between them. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work, and we will not see your messages. This property is located in a very quiet subdivision directly off the West Loop and the 34th street exit. A vehicle is recommended for your stay. This home is within close proximity to the West End Shopping Center, Costco, and Cabelas. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask before or after booking your stay.
Other than Uber, options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor, and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University, shopping, and restaurants, a car is still recommended.
