The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the LOWER LEVEL. The LOWER level of the home has it's own private entrance

- PARKING: There is only one vehicle parking at the property. If you have more than one vehicle please make sure to not block the path to avoid disturbing neighbors. You must park the other vehicle at the visitors parking area which is a short walk away from the property! Any disturbance to neighbors caused due to parking on the path will cause you to be penalized.


- There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please.

- No shoes in the house
- No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
- No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
- Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
- There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
- There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE. THE GARBAGE BINS ARE IN THE COMMON AREA OF THE COMPLEX WHERE ALL THE COLLECTIVE BINS ARE PLACED:
- Green bins for recycling
- Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
- Black for other garbage
