Katama Beach House with guest cottage large enough for 2 families. INGROUND HEATED POOL. Terrific Wrap Around Deck and Screened Porch accompany this Contemporay style home. Walking distance to South Beach with Edgartown only a bike ride away. Amenities Central Air, 4 flat screen tvs, Wi-Fi throughout, Blue Ray DVD, Cd/MP 3 player, bikes and more. Has an outside shower and a huge fenced in backyard to accommodate any activity.


The main house is child friendly and includes three first floor bedrooms and one full bath. The second floor living room is open with cathedral ceiling, dining area and half bath. On the second floor you have a beautiful wrap around deck for your summer pleasure and if it happens to rain you have a screened in porch with picnic table.

The guest house has two floors of living space with one full bath and an upper level bedroom loft. There is a Patio on the lower level of the guest house and a large bedroom and laundry room. Total living area for both houses is 2,196sq ft.

The home is beautifully landscapesd with a great back yard for any activity you have in mind.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and yard. Nice spaces to gather for meals, games and stargazing on the deck. Great location for walks/bike (plenty to choose from on property) to Katama Kitchen, airfield, farm and beach. Lots of stairs, so a little tricky with small children. Excellent communication with property manager/host. We would stay again!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

This home was absolutely perfect for our girl’s weekend getaway. The house is well stocked with anything you could need (minus towels and linens - that is the only downside). There was only three of us in our group, so we didn’t need to use the guest house, but there was plenty of space for all. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. The pool was amazing to have. We spent all of our mornings and evenings by the pool and couldn’t get enough of it! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing us with the perfect Martha’s Vineyard Getaway!

I LOVED the location and the fact there was a main house and guest house. This gave us good space to spread out. The house was clean and I loved the way it was decorated, and paint color choices....very simple and neat. The bikes were great, however, there was one that the gears seem to need replacing. We simply hung that bike up back in the shed but maybe you want to send it for repair. We had brought several of our own bikes and used a few at the house. Great way to get around given the location. My only one slightly negative comment is that in the lower level of the main house there is a musty smell almost like cat urine. Not sure if anything can be done with that.... Also, we used the sheet rental company recommended by you, and that worked out great rather than having to pack all the linens. You may want to include on your listing that sheets/towels are not provided, but there are blankets there. Great trip!! Thank you!!

Perfect Location

It was the perfect location, right off the bike trail. We biked to the beach everyday and to Edgartown every night. Set in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard makes it a perfect place to relax with your family and friends.

The house & location were great for our family. My family, my brother's family & our Dad. (10 ppl total) The location was perfect for us bc we go to Norton Pt. Beach every day & it was so close. There were some things on the island due to Covid that weren't great (lack of dining options) etc, but we just stayed at the house pretty much every night. The house was clean, the kitchen was great, the A/C worked perfect & the deck space was awesome. Only issue we had (small one) was the size of the bedrooms. But, it's a beach house & wasn't a big deal. The owner & property manager were great through the whole process & we would def stay here again. -Mark

Good for a family with in-laws!

Great house in a great location. We are a family of four and went with my parents. This was the PERFECT house for that. They had their own space in the guest house and we had three bedrooms in downstairs of the main house. And we all had the living space - including an awesome screen porch and back yard. So happy to have come here!

Shockingly disappointed

At the price point of over $6,000/week, we expected our stay to be as carefree as possible. We encountered plumbing issues, (no hot water for 2 days and clogged toilet),major ant infestations and inability to make contact with the owner. Maid service was not performed at the required time and was a major inconvenience traveling with small children.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is beautiful. A nice large kitchen which is great to accommodate a big family. Plenty of counter space and fully stocked! The living room area is spacious and comfortable. Updated and impeccably clean. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well, including the screened in porch, outdoor shower, sectional sofa on the deck, and a beautifully manicured lawn for relaxing or games. My parents enjoyed the additional apartment which allowed them the privacy they needed while still coming together to cook meals. The home is just a mile from the beach on a flat, safe bike path. My 7 and 4 year olds loved riding their bikes to the beach. It was also located close to the center of edgartown and oak bluffs. Lastly, the home owners and realtor were wonderful to work with. Quick to respond and friendly. My daughter left her favorite stuff bear behind and the owner went out of his way to send it back to her. Above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
