All the conditions mentioned in the ad are there; it's just like being in my own home. There's everything I need, down to the smallest detail, like detergent and fabric softener to wash everything. The only minor issue is that you have to climb a few steps to get to the apartment, but even with my limitations of not climbing many stairs, it wasn't a big problem.
A great little apartment with plenty of room, good size patio, very well equipped kitchen and laundry. All very clean and neatly presented

While the building is old the apartment is light and airy, spotlessly clean with fresh looking furniture. It is roomy with a large balcony with chairs to sit and relax. There are glimpses of water and the sound of the ocean. Despite being behind the caravan park it’s a great location for shops, restaurants, boardwalk and town beach. The kitchen has equipment but does not have anything like salt pepper oil etc so you’ll need to bring all ingredients if cooking. The washing machine is handy and has small amounts of laundry powder. It was easy to get keys even though we arrived late Saturday night.

The apartment itself was wonderful, but as 1st impressions do count, some tender loving care needs to be given to the entrance experience. From the allocated parking space the first thing you see is discarded junk under the stairs and an unclean open toilet. Once you start to walk up the stairs all you can see is torn dirty old carpet. This impression fills you with dread before you open the front door. You're naturally thinking "what the **** have we rented". Once you open the door everything is wonderful. The place is bright and cheerful, the location is great. We enjoyed our stay but as I said, the entrance is a first impression nightmare.

Great location as we had family in the caravan park. The unit was well maintained, very clean and everything you could ever need from a washing machine to a slow cooker. The verandah was lovely to relax on after a day’s vacationing. Beds were very comfortable and all within minutes walk to shops and waterfront. Bonus of undercover parking included. Love this place and it’s location in Port Macquarie.

The apartment block was in a good location near the caravan park and the water with a short walk to the shops in town.The apartment itself was very clean with very nice beds and furniture. Luckily we had brought our own tea and coffee supplies as they were lacking.
