Bad tile

Cut my foot open and so did my 3 year old son. He had to get stitches, from missing grout from between the floor tiles. All the tiles were coming apart. It was so bad we had to have the property maintenance man come over and check the floors. My wife fell on her back on the ice directly infront of the ring camera on the house hit her head and my daughter fell on the " heated" driveway busted he knee open on the ice and it goes on and on. We took very good pictures and videoed all of it too.
