If we had known…

If we had known we would not have stayed at this property. Pros: *close to attractions and essentials like grocery stores and Starbucks. *quiet neighborhood Cons: *towels and wash clothes were paper thin *toliets did not flush properly *no washer and dryer. This was unacceptable due to the size of the property and the length of our stay. We spend over $100.00 that was not budgeted to buy clothes since we were unable to wash clothes *no access to tv stations or streaming channels. We had to purchase a streaming channel to watch tv. *very outdated decor and design *no amenities in the kitchen

Nice quiet property

Its a 15 minute ride to downtown Nashville. We enjoyed how quiet this area is. The beds are super comfy. The towels were cheap and the rug in the bathroom was stained.

We shagged out

When we arrived at the townhouse we were surprised at how worn everything was. The furniture was old and very worn. It had old shag. carpet throughout that smelled old. The beds were worn out with no headboards. It was dark with very little light. It was bad enough that we decided to leave immediately, loose the money that we paid in advance for 3 days, and stay in a hotel instead. I let the management company know but received no response.

Fun times

The home was beautiful. It didn't show the additional stairs in the photos, but everything was amazing. I'll definitely book this rental again if/when I go back to Nashville.

Spacious with a good location

We spent 3 nights in Nashville. The townhome had great space for 5 adults, with separate bathrooms upstairs, and a powder room off the main living room. The townhome must have been a long-term rental at some point, because the cabinet doors & drawers have taken a beating (off their hangers or unable to close properly), and everything needs a deep cleaning. There was a Keurig machine, but no other coffee options, so prepare accordingly. There are two major grocery stores within 10 minutes of the townhome. The queen bed in the main room was comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. We had minimal disruption of our internet, which Janella quickly helped to resolve. She was a gracious & helpful host. All in all it was a good stay!
