Located just 350 feet from the path to Keyes Memorial Beach you and your guests will spend the day sunning and swimming! After the beach you can come back and hop in the pool at the complex! The pool is open Mid-June through Labor Day, 7 days a week and there is a lifeguard on the property during operating hours. Main Street Hyannis is just .8 miles away, featuring dozens of shopping and dining options. The walk along Sea Street is lit up at night by street lamps and has a sidewalk, making traveling back and forth to dinner a breeze. The deck at the home has a dining table for 4 and an umbrella for shade on those hot days. The unit has a ductless AC unit in the main area to keep you cool on those balmy nights! The unit comes with all linens and towels provided, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. Propane grill, cable TV and Wi-Fi are of course included too. Reserved parking for one car plus guest parking may be available. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven night minimum, Sat. to Sat. During the peak season. Shorter stays available during the shoulder and off seasons. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
