Cool Waters is a comfortable 2-storey, 3-bedroom holiday home featuring wide, wraparound verandahs for entertaining, outdoor dining and taking in the beautiful island breeze all year round.

Relax on the front deck in the outdoor lounge and take in the sights and sounds of the local wildlife. The rear deck features a large, family size gas BBQ, bar fridge and outdoor dining setting, all in a private and tropical setting.

This property features air-conditioning to all 3 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen with full size fridge, oven and microwave and an indoor dining setting off the open plan kitchen/lounge area.
The lounge room features a large comfortable lounge, flat screen TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 1 upstairs has a Queen bed and large flat screen TV.
