Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home and surrounding property. As A-Z West is an active artistic site, staff and artists-in-residence may be present on the grounds, but your stay remains private. While outdoor art installations are open for exploration, please respect any marked private spaces. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be cancelled at will. Also note, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLES (OHV) IN THIS AREA.

Located within the A-Z West compound on the edge of the park, the home offers rare seclusion while remaining close to Joshua Tree’s cultural and dining hubs.

Getting Around:
GETTING AROUND
A car is required to explore the High Desert; the property is accessed via dirt roads that are navigable for most vehicles when driven carefully. Please note that after rains the dirt roads may have more ruts than normal but you should not need a 4x4.
Other Things to Note:
○ Staff Availability on AZ West Compound– Limited on-site staff; official tours must be arranged in advance.
○ Events & Photoshoots: Not permitted without prior approval and fees.
○ Dogs: Welcome with a $100 fee (max 2). Notify us in advance.
○ Social Media: Tag us when sharing your experience!
○ Cell Service: Coverage varies; enable Wi-Fi calling or use a VOIP app.
○ Road Conditions: Dirt roads may have ruts; drive carefully.
