Casita Three is the largest of the three casitas offering guests a living space as well as a bedroom. Conveniently located in downtown Wimberley, within walking distance to the well-known monthly Market Days! This delightful retreat offers one bedroom, one bath, and can sleep two, ensuring a place to make new memories and cherish good company. If traveling in a larger group, make sure to check out Sister One and Sister Two Casitas located on the same property. *An added bonus: four legged friends are welcome for an additional fee!
Upon arrival, Casita One will be on the right. Continue down the drive you’ll notice a covered parking area near the fire pit; this is the parking space for Casita Three. Walking up nearby steps towards the entryway of Casita Three, instantly be welcomed to the adorable, green-colored exterior of the casita offering a resting pad to the start of your fun-filled vacation! Inside the double doorway, guests will be greeted to a bright and airy living space designed with comfort in mind, hosting beautiful hardwood floors, a textured rug, and a unique shaped coffee table.
The living room hosts two plush and cushioned sofas filled with fun patterned pillows to enjoy comforted relaxation. In the center of the room, sits an entertainment system with a flatscreen TV great for entertaining guests! The room also provides a minifridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee pot perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee at the outdoor dining area. The master bedroom – brightly lit and private feeling – hosts a queen-sized bed lined with luxurious, soft linens, a rural textured rug, and windows to provide natural, sun-filled lighting and picturesque views of the outside. A full-length mirror adorns the space for those wanting to do a quick outfit check. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with plenty of storage and counter space for two.
Feast under the stars at the dining table for six. Guests are invited to grill or barbeque favorites on the propane or charcoal grill located in the common space outside. Moreover, the Three Sister Casitas share a communal kitchen, firepit area, and a private golf green ranging from 25 to 100 yards in length! The communal kitchen is located between casita two and three and is nothing short of spacious and breathtaking! Featuring a full range stainless steel oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a storage closet containing all necessary utensils, the kitchen is stocked to prepare your favorite meals! Lavish at the nearby indoor dining tables, enjoying refreshments and conversations with accompanying guests, or feast while watching movies at the wall mounted flatscreen TV placed in the room.
The outdoor space at the Casitas is unmatched! The communal fire pit to the right of Casita Three, perfect for relishing in the amazing views with provided seating. Gather around the fire to roast s’mores, keep warm on a cool night, and enjoy those late-night conversations under the stars. The golf green has tee boxes at 25, 50, 75, and 100 yards, great for delighting in friendly competition with friends or family while taking in the lovely hill country views! And, after hitting a few balls and needing some cooled relaxation, take a seat at the covered seating area just off the green with a fireplace, small wooden table, and seating.
With Wimberley just out your back door visit the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops in the downtown square. Enjoy swimming or hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, Rappelling at Zipline Adventures, or a day of water fun at Blue hole Regional Park. Looking for an outing for the day? Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon on the water. Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater and rock out at a concert! Explore New Braunfels and Gruene and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music. A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun. Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park. Visit the over 240 shops at the San Marcos Outlet for an endless day of shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at Three Sisters - Casita 3. The location was very close to downtown Wimberly and local grocery stores, yet was just far enough off any main roads to allow for peace and comfort. The accommodations in our room were very nice and clean and having the common outdoor space and common kitchen area just a few steps away were very convenient as well. The scenery outside was very nice as we routinely saw deer roaming the yard making for a peaceful and serene atmosphere.We loved out stay at Three Sisters and will definitely come back to stay here again in the future.

Close to town but secluded. Very quiet and peaceful. Hubby and I enjoyed hitting a few golf balls in the evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting the very sweet owner, Glenn. Very nice relaxing weekend. Beautiful property, can’t wait to go back.

Great location and nice place. While we didn't take advantage of the common kitchen area, it was well equipped and would be great for a family or friends staying in 2 or all 3 of the casitas. Casita 3 is separate so it was very quiet. Comfortable bed and sofas. Fire pit right outside. About the only downside is the low water pressure in the shower.
My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in March of 2023. Glen the owner is a amazing host. This is really perfect for a family gathering. The community kitchen works well and has everything. So a family renting all 3 casitas would love it. Super close to the Wimberly Market Days site. Only thing I would change is that the listing indicates that the 3rd casita is not a true one bedroom. It has a wall dividing the living area and bedroom area but no door.

I can’t imagine a more perfect place to simply chill. No agenda……but maybe a spur of the minute late lunch w/mimosa after coffee outside your “casita” under the pergola!! Or a local winery tour…..or not!! Maybe just a glass of wine again under the pergola!! An under rated, and not yet discovered gem!!!! Amazing and Hill Country elegant. Hat’s off and we will be back. Great Property TERRIBLE Experience
I booked this for my mother's 75th birthday (i.e., for my mom and dad). She wanted to go to Market Days and the location was perfect. She had nothing but great things to say about the property (e.g., great location, very clean, updated, etc); however, they checked in a little after 4pm went to take a shower about 6p and no hot water. Called the office and was told there is nothing they can do it is after hours. Maintenance showed up at 11a the next day to turn the hot water on. My 75 yr old mom took an ice cold shower on Friday night my dad sponge bathed out of bucket on Saturday morning. Happy birthday Mom. I called the management company today, I only found this out yesterday after probing about the stay from my parents and was told there is "nothing we can do". I highlighted that my parents had the rental for a total of 43 hours and did not have hot water for 19 of those hours (i.e., 44% of the rental time without hot water). I asked for a refund for one night and was told unequivocally NO. Only after i called VRBO and filed a complaint did the property manager/owner come back and say they would give me a free night stay from now to the end of the year if i came back. Why would i come back after such a bad experience? Plus i live 3+ hours away. Very disappointing customer service for such a nice property. Needless to say i will dispute the first night on my credit card. Renters beware.

We are so sorry that you felt that the resolution offered was not sufficient for the situation your parents encountered during their stay. Our office was notified late in the evening about the hot water issue at the property and we worked swiftly to resolve the issue first thing in the morning. Your Mom and Dad were truly delightful to assist and they were very appreciative of the efforts to resolve the issue. The owner of the property offered compensation in various forms at the time of the occurrence which was graciously declined and we were assured they were not upset and delighted with the property. It was unfortunate that when we received the call from you several days after they departed demanding additional compensation the request was declined after a thorough review of the documented facts and the additional credit card dispute threat for issues that were resolved to the guest on site's complete satisfaction.
