About this property

Experience true Lake Life at this beautiful home on Lake Winnipesaukee. This incredible oasis is new to the rental market! Gorgeous views welcome you outside, where you will enjoy an expansive waterfront oasis on Paugus Bay. A private, sandy beach allows for direct access to the water, alongside oversized docks and a sun deck area. The direct lakefront yard area is generous, with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Build an ambient fire on those summer nights. Outfitted with a long list of amenities, you can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, rafts, and other outdoor sports from this home. A nice outdoor grilling area invites limitless options for outdoor cooking and dining. And of course, soak in the views from the elevated main level deck. Inside, you will find a main level kitchen with vintage charm, which opens to the Dining Room and original center stone fireplace. The living room is spacious, with beautiful lake views and large French Doors to the outside. The main level also includes 5 bedrooms (3 with Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed, and a Bunk Bedroom with 4 beds), 2 full bathrooms (main bathroom and small master bathroom), and additional spaces for sitting, reading, and conversing with guests. The lower level has a Queen Bedroom, Family Room with pull out couch, Summer Kitchen, and Full Bath. The Cottage and Boat House are not part of this rental, however, if additional space is needed, the quaint 2-bedroom cottage may also be rented, adding 2 more bedrooms (a primary bedroom and a tandem bunk bedroom (2 beds), a living room, kitchen and full bath.
Please note: Final rental charges to include the room rate, cleaning fee, linen service fee (washed, folded sheet and towels), NH lodging tax, and any misc. service fees. The optional cottage may be added for $300 per night, plus cleaning and linen service. Dock usage fee of $325 per stay (if docking boat). We understand that pets are family too. We are pet friendly upon arrangement. A charge of $250 will be applied to your rental, should you arrange to bring pets. Please contact us after booking to make pet arrangements or to add the optional cottage or dock usage fee.

Beautiful location! Well equipped kitchens!

The Home is true to the pictures. The location is convenient for nearby activities. Even the lights are labeled! The owner is extremely responsive and genuinely helpful. Our family of 15-from five year old to 16 year old, their parents, my husband and I enjoyed our time. This home is equipped with toys, kayaks, puzzles, comfortable pillows, and linens, as well as numerous mixing bowls and dishware. The furnishings and decorations are tastefully done. Most rooms have TVs although we did not use them. Wonderful memories.

Perfect House to Host Our Family!

We rented this house for a long weekend for our family and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. The house was equipped with so many things that our family thoroughly enjoyed like the grill, griddle, firepit, hammocks, kayaks, and cornhole boards just to name a few. The kids loved the private beach area. We try to make it to Winnipesauke yearly, and would definitely stay at this property again! 10/10! Thank you for a great stay!

Group Guys Getaway

We had a large group of guys (12) all friends and family rent the property for a weekend away. The property could not have been in a better location. There was ample sleeping space so we were all able to have our own beds. The amount of different inside and outside spaces the property has made it perfect for our diverse group. I would recommend renting out the cottage in addition to the main house as well. It truly felt like we were on our own lakeside compound for the weekend. I would recommend this place for large groups of any kind and I will be looking for a reason to go back here!

Great Lakefront property

Me and all me friends enjoy the stay at this property. We had so much fun the lake was a perfect addition to this property, swimming and kayaking on the lake was a great thing to do there. I like to BBQ and the equipment that they have was great two kind of barbacues and all the tools need it for cooking. One addition that I would add in the future to this house is the roof in the backyard under the porch. I will definitely rent this property again.
