Welcome to this cozy and fun home in New Sudbury that we can't wait to share with you. The location and layout make the property great for everyone. We are confident that our property will meet everyone's needs!

The location makes it easy to get around as amenities are within close driving distance. The home is also stocked with essential items like kitchenware, bathroom items, coffee/tea, wifi, cable, AC and more!

The Space:

The home has been set up to make the guests' experience as pleasant as possible.

Kitchen

- Fully stocked with all essential cookware items, drinking glasses, utensils, appliances, dining table, chairs, and anything else that may be needed to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Living Room

- Comfy sofa to sit back and relax on with additional chairs if more seats are needed. Feel free to enjoy the wifi and cable tv provided. We have also provided a smart tv that will enable guests to log in to their subscription accounts. We have also provided Trivial Pursuit to add some fun for everyone.

Bedrooms

- All bedrooms have a queen-sized that will comfortably fit two guests. All bedrooms have sheets, pillows, comforters, and closet/dresser space.

Bathrooms

- There are two full bathrooms within the property. Both bathrooms have a tub and a shower, as well as a toilet and sink. The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, q-tips, and cotton balls.

Office Space

- We have a designated office room in the basement for anyone who needs to complete work or needs a quiet secluded room.

Lastly, we have provided a ping pong table to get the competitive juices flowing. There are four rackets and plenty of ping pong balls.

Great for several days while on business

Me and three coworkers stayed for 4nights. The property is larger than it is portrayed in the site photos, so we were pleasantly surprised. The furnishings/spaces are basic but comfortable, the kitchen has all basic necessities (although counter space is a bit small), the overall condition of the house is quite good and it was great for 4 of us to each have a bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and close to many amenities. The host was quick to reply to messages. We'd stay here again.
