The Staghorn Shire, as we like to call it, is a beautiful log cabin in the woods. It has spacious decks for lounging and grilling, a large living room and kitchen with three full bathrooms so no one has to share. With the Shuswap Lake, provincial parks, wineries and Salmon Arm just a quick drive away, there is no end to the adventures to be had.

Beautiful Stay

SUCH a beautiful cabin with all the essentials provided ❤️ Thank you to Yvonne & Adam for the excellent and attentive communication as the baseboard heaters were unfortunately not working. The beds were so comfy! We had a wonderful stay, thank you again! Highly recommend to any guest looking for a relaxing cabin stay.

Extended family getaway

Two families shared this cozy home comfortably, it had everything we needed while we were in the neighborhood for a wedding at Ricochet Brewing. We enjoyed the view of the lake with our morning coffee, comfortable bedrooms, space for the kids to be kids upstairs and outside, and a big living room for movie nights. The power was off when we arrived and the host kept us updated and directed us to the flashlights and extra batteries. We had a wonderful stay and a place to connect with family. We will stay again! Thank you Yvonne.

Fire season

Unfortunately due to the forest fires we had to cut our trip short :( we did get a bit of a refund so that helped some…terrible august in BC

Lovely log cabin

A great house for a multi generational family! Great layout, very comfortable, and convenient location for vacationing around the Shuswap. Very attentive home owners as well. Would highly recommend.
