We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Clean and comfortable. Close to downtown Lewes and restaurants.I would love to visit again during warmer weather. The Balcony adds another room to the condo. It was too cold and windy to enjoy it this visit.
Well-maintained unit, fully stocked & ready to accommodate any family of four. We have two adult children & we were all comfortable. We would agree with others that the balcony provides a peaceful, picturesque climate to end a day at the beach, pool, or shopping downtown, all within walking distance. Highly recommend.
We had three power outages and would have been nice to have had candles and a big accessible flashlight. Also bed coverings and blanket need to be cleaned. Several soiled areas on them. Overall a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your feedback, Kim. We will make a point to provide some supplies in the event of future power outages and will definitely address the linens as well. Glad you had a pleasant stay!
My husband and I spent a wonderful 5 days watching the boats float up and down the Canal from the comfortable balcony when we were not out in Lewes, an easy walk away, or at the beach - bay or, in Cape Henlopen State Park, the ocean. We visited Prime Hook Nature Refuge and the Dogfisf Head Brewery in Milton. We also took advantage of the nice swimming pool at the condo. We look &orwzrd to returning.
This was our third stay at Geoff and Laura’s condo. The location is particularly special - gorgeous views, fun to sit on the balcony and watch boats on the canal and great sunsets. My grandsons love the pool (as do I!). The kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies and some essentials. With Savannah Beach just down the road and the entrance to Cape Henlopen State Park a short drive away getting to the beach is a breeze. Downtown Lewes has numerous restaurants and shops, and spectacular plantings. I love that this is the kind of place you don’t have to go far or fight crowds (other than at King’s Ice Cream!).
We had a lovely little two night stay here. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great view from the spacious balcony that overlooks the water. Nice for our quick get away to the beach!
This unit is a little bit dated, but clean, comfortable and the deck makes it a fabulous place to stay! It is a short walk to shops and restaurants in Lewes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
This is great place in a great spot. The view from the large balcony is lovely and everything was as advertised in the listing. Laura and Geoff provided timely responses to any questions. We appreciated various details in the unit that make traveling that much easier with kiddos, including nightlights and a step stool (though we realize helping a four year old reach the sink may not be why they have it). Loved that they had a kids’ table stashed in the closet even though we didn’t use it. Would absolutely return and enjoy this place again.
What a lovely stay - perfect spot for exploring the area, walking to restaurants and shops. The deck overlooking the marina had the best sunsets. Highly recommend this rental - thanks for sharing your place with us!
Great place to stay! Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and beach. Sitting on the balcony with views of the marina is so relaxing. Thank you to our hosts!

What makes this property unique
This is a place where you can just stop. Relax on the balcony or lounge by the pool. Stroll across the bridge to town and grab a pint. Window shop on Second Street. Walk to the beach. Stop for an ice cream cone at King's. You could park your car and not get back in it until you leave!
