Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach! This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just minutes away from Broadway at the Beach and the famous Myrtle Beach Boulevard & Boardwalk.
When you arrive in this ground floor condo, you will find a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and dining area. There is a private porch with a golf course view!

The master bedroom, there is a comfortable swing king-size bed with an ample amount of space for your belongings and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom. The living room has a queen pull-out sofa. This unit can accommodate up to six guests!

The Magnolia North complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your "to-do" list while vacationing. There are shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, kiddie rides, and even an upside-down house next door. If shopping pleases you, within minutes you can visit Tanger Outlets, the Coastal Grand Mall, and hundreds of beach stores and boutiques. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has it all!

Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Hard squeaky beds

The place is beautiful however all the beds are very hard like a rock and anytime you make any movement the bed squeaks. Which makes for a very restless sleep. They have huge roaches in the bedroom area I get up in the middle of night and there's roaches running across my feet and crawling down side by the TV. The TV in the first bedroom kept losing a signal and the patio area needs to be cleaned up better.

Bel appartement , bel environnement

L’appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos , il est très bien situé, près de tout ….Il est très propre et bien entretenu……. Par ailleurs, il manquait d’informations de base ( code wifi , restaurants dans les environs, chose à faire….). La communication avec le locateur est excellente…
