You couldn't find a more perfect spot for your summer vacation; Hook's Hideaway has it all! The home itself is new, and the owners have gone above and beyond to update the interior (including bedding, paint, furniture, etc). The entire place is inviting, clean, and memorable!

Vacationing with family? No problem; there is room for everyone! Connected to the kitchen/dining area is a living room so everyone can hang out together. Upstairs is a smart TV and comfortable seating. When your group isn't exploring the area, they can play ping pong or watch movies downstairs.

During the warmer months, the outdoor tables offer seating to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. The living room has large windows spanning the east side of the home to ensure constant lake views. The large deck is perfect for enjoying early morning sunrises or evening sunsets. The views are beautiful and new furniture has been added to make the deck a nice place to relax. Don't miss out on the newly installed private hot tub and swings under the deck!

The kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and eat meals, an island with bar stools, and a large dining table. In the pantry, you have access to many kitchen appliances including a double air fryer, Instant Pot, and a Keurig Coffee maker. Come prepared to make and enjoy meals with your loved ones; there are plenty of supplies to do so!

Each bedroom was designed with guests in mind; the rooms are spacious to accommodate luggage, portable cribs, and to avoid feeling crammed. The owner of this home did NOT cut corners when it comes to furnishing! Each room has new furniture that is very comfortable. There is a master suite upstairs with a king bed and private bathroom. Also upstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, a shared bathroom, and a laundry room available for guest use. Downstairs there is a spacious queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has three triple bunk beds, for a total of nine twin beds, as well as a shared bathroom downstairs. There are enough beds for 17 people. For larger groups, there are three pull-out couches with bedding available. Maximum occupancy is 23.

Plenty of parking space for everyone's vehicles, trailers, ATVs, etc in the pull-through driveway. The garage is available for guest use. In the garage, there is a 220 volt EV charging outlet. There are four sets of golf clubs in the garage available for use. 4WD is strongly recommended in the winter. The driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.

Recreation
You can't visit Garden City in the summer without playing in the water. The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won't have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach! Ideal Beach has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, sauna, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families! All you need to enter the resort is the home's key card.
