Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location, great facilities, beautiful beach.Apartment was very comfortable and nicely appointed.Good beds, furniture etc.One drawback was the condition of the A/C units; it seems they were in need of cleaning and possible filter change as they gave off a mildew odour that was often quite strong. A few more condiments and cleaning supplies would have been greatly appreciated, but we were able to source these at the small market store on the property as well as during grocery trips in Playa Del Carmen, which was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the condo. Beach and restaurant staff were very accomodating and added to the pleasureable overall experience.Highly recommneded destination!

Amazing! Would stay here again and again!

I didn’t want to leave. This is one of those places where you are afraid to write a good review because you don’t want it fully booked up next time you come back! We loved it. A family of 5! Our teens took the two beds in the second bedroom and our youngest fit on the gray daybed couch in the master. The place was immaculate and the kitchen had enough utensils and pans and other items for us to go to the store and cook some of our meals. The deck was a highlight and has a great view - I could sit out there for hours. The two restaurants on our property were outstanding - the one by the pool is the best one. This pool is like something out of our dreams. Never crowded, so many options. There are shallow areas for little kids even a fountain area right in front of the playground! There’s plenty of shade and sun and you can hear the ocean waves crashing just a few steps away. The beach front is great too, the best sand you’ve ever felt. My only complaints are that the sargasso (seaweed) was present in Feb - we didn’t expect that. And the pool is really cold (there are no hot tubs), but this will serve you well in the hot Sun! If the waves or the seaweed are too much for your littles, just walk down the beach, around the corner, to playa Esmeralda. It’s a public beach that has an overflow of ocean water that crosses the sandbar, creating this adorable wave free, shallow zone to play in. What’s more, it’s like a shelf beach as well, you can walk out really far into the ocean and still touch, my teens loved this area. Enjoy!
