Stylish 3 bedroom home situated on the shores of Lake Eildon. Modern kitchen and 2 sparkling bathrooms. Plenty of off street parking. Secure rear yard. Direct access to Lake Eildon and an easy walk to the pub and rail trail.

Only 15 minutes to Mansfield - 1 hour from Mt Buller - 2 hours from Melbourne

House boasts 3 queen sized bedrooms. Each bedroom containing a reverse cycle split system. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable electric recliners and wood heater.

Large outdoor deck area comprising rustic outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ, 12 seat outdoor dining setting, lounge suite, fridge, TV, blue tooth radio and zip track blinds to completely open up or close off the deck area to suit weather conditions.

Linen Provided - YES - Bed linen & bath towels BYO toiletries (soap, shampoo, hairdryer, toothpaste etc.)

Gorgeous Bonnie Doon stay by the water

Fabulous house and location with a short walk to the Bonnie Doon hotel. Great for ease of boating. Hosts have been great. Would recommend this home to families and friends.

Casa Del Lago - Bellissimo

Great location close to the water and the Bonnie Doon Pub. Quick and easy access to the boat. House location at the end of the dead end road can cause a bit of an manoeuvrability issue when reversing the boat trailer down the road and through the front gate. Family had a great time and will definitely stay again.

Great covered outdoor area

House had all the basic amenities that we were after. The lake access was great, especially on the 36 degree days where we could dip in to the cool water whenever we wanted to cool down. The enclosed outdoor area/deck was magnificent as we didn't have to contend with mosquitos or flies etc while we chilled out there during the day or night. The house and covered outdoor area a quite dimly lit with natural light, but we appreciated the screens to block out the insects! Cindy was fantastic with her communication and information about the area/residence was very detailed.
