Great location, room was fairly clean. Sofa sleeper was a-bit dingy from all the pets that stayed. My dog could smell everything knowingly, that pets been there. Thanks for being pet friendly. Perhaps using an eco friendly material that can be sanitized better. Host was very helpful and made transition go smoothly. Beach view is beautiful, only thing the stairs getting up to the beach walk did not help my senior dog he had a difficult time. Good thing there is a short drive from Zahn road to get to the beach. For the most part our stay was good, quiet and quaint. Nice eliminated lights at night. Thank you

Relaxing stay at the Beach

It was a wonderful quiet stay it was a great place to stay walks to the pier everything was well maintained the staff was super friendly it was just a beautiful vacation

Perfect spot!

This was in a perfect location, close to both Port A and Corpus. The beach was clean and Lively is a great place to stay. The room was also clean, great amenities - perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the peaceful quiet....

Love this location

My husband and I wanted a short stay at the beach and did Lively Beach deliver!! It was convenient, clean, near the beach and was quiet. We will be returning!!

We had good stay at Lively Beach Resort. I just wish the weather had been better. It was too cold.

I definitely will try coming here again when the weather is much warmer and sunny.

Great Beach Retreat!

As described. Lovely property with all the modern amenities with great access to the beach (by foot or around the corner by car). They even had live music and free wine on Friday night playing on the deck! We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Stay

Great weekend getaway. We arrived after 10 pm, the staff answered the phone promptly and gave us our door codes etc. Room was exactly what we expected, was clean and roomy. Kitchen supplies/utensils were provided as well. We'll be back.

Clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful time, the rom was clean and comfortable! Coffee maker was the only thing that did not work. The pool was nice and very clean and staff were very friendly!

Very Nice

The property was nicely located on the island making it easy to access and get to places in the surrounding areas. Property was well take cared for. Room was very clean, and well maintained. No issues whatsoever. We'll be staying there again when we come down for spring break.

Excellent location

We enjoyed almost everything about this resort. The only downside was the room really needs to have darkening shades. It was very bright in the room, even with the shades drawn. I woke up at 3 am thinking it was sunrise. We really enjoyed the evening activities - wine and music one night, and s'mores the other night. Mari was an excellent hostess. Management was attentive to us when we needed an extra blanket and delivered it to the room right away. This was a great experience for our anniversary weekend.

The pictures of the property made it appear as if the room you saw online is the room you were reserving, it is NOT. I was very disappointed to receive a room that was less than what I purchased or reserved and seen online. The property is beautiful and love the location!!!!

Birthday Trip

We were pleased with the accommodations. The listing was spot on and met our expectations. We were thrilled this property is pet friendly. I didn’t realize I was suppose to check in by email. I received a text with the access codes then saw the email later. I also did not receive the email with the address prior to the stay. I called the customer service number and got it. It was becoming nervous only 3-4 days prior to the trip without the specific location. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The picture on the listing was not of our room. It did not have that view. We felt in danger because of coyotes near the property. Paula promised to credit one night of our stay. We haven’t received credit yet??
