Great location easy access boat friendly

Great place only draw back is the sulfur water smell with the water and the single shower could use an update. Comfortable beds and ice cold AC plus easy access for boat and trailer and electric plug in to charge your batteries.

Great location for fishing Dunn’s Creek and the St John’s River

Property was as advertised. Great location if you want to fish Dunn’s Creek and the St. John’s River. Vicki is very responsive with any questions. Highly recommended for anyone that likes to fish or boat.

The description of the property is accurate. The trailer is set up great for a week or two of fishing Dunn’s Creek and/or the St John’s river. There is a nice dock and boathouse located on the canal. Everyone is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
