This one bedroom one bath unit has all the things you need for relaxing after visiting Beale St., just 2.5 miles away. Quite close to the up and coming Cooper Young district that houses many fresh new restaurants. Just under seven miles from Graceland, historical home of Elvis Presley!

The building itself was nice and spacious, really loved the fact that its in a historic district. Great location if you want a feel for the nightlife within minutes from the house

The windows need curtains not plastic trash bags, it was difficult to get in and out of the property no room to turn around had to back up down a long narrow driveway.
