We really enjoyed our time staying at this location. It was very peaceful and home like. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Also located in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very communicative and attentive. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
Great stay at this cute property. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and everything we needed for our annual trip to Memphis. Great communication with owner, would definitely book this property again!
Space was comfortable and quiet and loved the location. I would just recommend changing the worn carpet out. However, we did notice that the kitchen seemed fairly new. Not sure if you are aware that the hot water in the kitchen has a very slow stream. We chose to park on the street, the backyard parking seemed like it would be challenging. We would definitely come back.

Ok
It was fine. Old and dated and didn't feel fresh amd clean.
The property is beautiful and centrally located. It is spacious and comfortable and one can easily come to view this property as a special home away from home. There were a few minor details that I'm sure the owner will correct. Nothing major and not really anything to prevent anyone from staying in this beautiful cottage.
We did not realize this was a tri-plex, but it was still private and quiet.

Good...but could be great!
Overall, this was a good place to stay. With a little work, it could be a great place. First, here's what I found to be good:
-Good location. Near a lot of retail and restaurants. Although it was near a very busy street (main thoroughfare), I was not bothered with excessive noise.
-Privacy. This property is split into two units: a front and back. I stayed in the back unit and I don't regret the decision. There was a small, shady patio area in the back that was an enjoyable place to have a glass of wine after a long day. Inside I could occasionally hear people walking in the adjoining rental (not unlike most apartment buildings), but it was not a significant bother.
-Off street parking. The rear unit requires you to drive to the back of the property along a narrow driveway, but there is ample room to turn your car around. This avoids a long backup in reverse as you leave. I appreciated the privacy of having the car off the street.
Now for the not so good. There weren't severe shortcomings and none would prevent me from renting the property again. However all posed inconveniences and should be fixed.
-The dishwasher didn't work. It didn't appear to have worked in a while.
-The icemaker didn't work. Nor were there any ice trays. I had to purchase a bag of ice from a nearby Kroger.
-What seems to have been a roof leak has caused ceiling damage in the kitchen. The area was a couple feet in diameter and the drywall was peeling away and pieces had fallen on the top of the refrigerator.
-The sitting/television room has 10-12 feet of windows. Unfortunately, nearly all of the blinds for these windows had bent and missing slats. This would make privacy a concern for many.
-The bed linens appeared to have been washed and cleaned, but they were very old. The sheets and pillowcases were dingy and old. I always bring my own pillow and I'm glad that I did. The pillows on the bed were very stained. The mattress however had a protective liner and was extremely comfortable. The bedspread was very worn.
-The towels were in a bit better condition than the bed linens but not by much.
Overall, for the price this was a good place to stay and I would stay here again. I suggest to any property owner that if you want a 'good' property to appear 'great' to your tenants, be aware of the linens, particularly the bedding. Plush towels and clean, new(ish) bedding gives a resort feel to a rental.
Location Location Location-- close enough to the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle ! Just 15 minutes to Beale St area-- love being close but also love a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood as well. Rental Unit has everything you will need, Super Comfy Bed, nice kitchen, nice living room. Found a nice park near by that we played pickle ball with the locals-- nice area... Communication with owners was excellent as well. Nice solid home all around....
Overall the stay wasn't bad. A few things needs attention. The property needs to be sprayed for insects. There were small flying bugs in the living room area. Soft matching towel set with hand and face towels needed. Shower mat would be nice. Overall stay wasn't bad. Could hear the child next door a lot. Overall wasn't bad. Enjoyed the visit.
The apartment was well decorated and had everything you need for a week’s stay. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen and appliances. Easy parking in nice neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Great stay with easy communication with the owner.
We had a nice 5 night stay. Close to market, shopping and local restaurants. The bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was good, nicely furnished.
If you are looking for a quiet and homey place to stay rather than a motel this is a great place. It is an older home that has been remodeled into apartments so there are other close guests but we never heard our neighbors. If you are looking for upscale sleek and perfection this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a simple nice homey and comfortable place and are willing to overlook a few flaws here and there then this is the place for you. Nicely redone kitchen. Comfortable bed. Pillow cases had some stains but were clean. Only one wash cloth so that was kind of an issue. But overall a great little place. We had an issue with a leak in the kitchen while we were there. Owner was out of town so it didn’t get resolved while we were there. He did communicate with us though. These things happen- not the owner’s fault.
My wife and I went to Memphis to enjoy the history and the music. This apartment was right near everything we were looking to do. A very cute place that felt like home.
I loved this little place. It was just right for two people. Super comfortable. Parking is at the back of the property and it felt like we were tucked away and out of sight. Really comfortable furnishings, super practical and functional. I loved the large tree lined street where I walked and enjoyed looking at the neighborhood. Quiet. I was only here for a short while. Would not hesitate to stay again and for longer!
