Cozy house in quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. PERFECT location! Close to casino, downtown, and everything that you need. Would definitely stay again!
Charming home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to the heart of Bristol. Owners were easily accessible, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
This place is very cozy, comfortable and cute. Located on a quiet street and very close to the Hard Rock Casino. Also very close to lots of shopping and eateries. Well maintained and clean. Decor is welcoming. Thank you so much!! Recommended.
Overall a great stay. The property was conveniently located. Beds were extremely comfy. The only con was the property was a bit dusty. Check in/out process was easy and hosts were helpful and communicative without hovering.

Valentine's Stay in Bristol
I had a nice time, the decor and furnishings of the house were quite nice. The appliances could use some work, but overall the accomodations were excellent for the price point. I would recommend the rental for anyone looking to tour Bristol and especially if you are a fan of the Hard Rock Casino.
My family and I stayed the weekend at this lovely property as a little fall break trip. The beds are so soft and comfy. The coffee bar in the kitchen meant we had a good wake up before we hit the town to start the day. The house is super tidy and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely go back!
This property was AMAZING!!! Everything looked just like it did in the pictures. My mom and I were very comfortable with each having our own room. The beds were out of this world comfortable. The location was perfect as it’s right off the interstate and easy access to downtown and other surrounding areas we were visiting such as Kingsport and Johnson City!!

Thoroughly ENJOYABLE!
Very happy with our 4 night stay at the Cottage at the Casino - it was super clean with all noted amenities in order. Inside, the property is cheerfully decorated and feels really like a loved family home. All photos are absolutely accurate, and the cottage is much more spacious than it may appear on the outside. Location, convenience, and a very quiet street make this a real winner! Additionally, the local hosts are responsive to questions and genuinely want their guests to enjoy their stay - we'd definitely return again!

Was searching for something close to the Casino because the only thing close to the casino was not the best as far as hotels/motels and seemed run down. Found this little jewel and it is very close to the Casino, it is within walking distance. It was my first time to the new Hard Rock Bristol and we had a great stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
From your listing and reviews we expected the property to be better maintained and clean. The bedrooms were crowded making it difficult to get in and out of the bed on one side. The bathroom is small and we didn't appreciate the spiders we found in there. The closet in one of the bedrooms was a safety hazzard due to the elevated floor. The TV was difficult to work and none of the furniture was comfortable.

We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-The listing photos clearly reflect the layout of the bedrooms and the size of the bathroom, helping set accurate expectations. We always encourage guests to review these details in advance to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs and preferences.-Regarding the spiders, occasional sightings can happen with seasonal weather changes; however, the home is routinely treated as part of ongoing pest prevention efforts.-The closet does have a small step up as part of its design, though it is not considered a safety concern.-Many guests have shared positive feedback about the comfort of the furnishings, and the TV is a Roku device, which allows access to streaming platforms once logged in with personal credentials. We truly value guest input, as it helps us continue ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone who stays with us.
This house was just what we needed for our short trip. Be prepared, there is no stove so you can't really cook, so be prepared to eat out. Also I recommend moving the rugs out of the bathroom, they are extremely slick and I almost fell multiple times because of them. I finally took them out of the bathroom completely to avoid hurting myself. My only other complaint is the curtains were extremely see through so sleeping in was NOT an option. Overall, I do recommend this place, and would rent it again.
