Spacious Village Studio - Walk to Rosemary Beach!

This unit is located on the 3rd floor which is easily accessible by our elevator. It is walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Watercolor & Seaside are also only a bike or car ride away. The great restaurants & shops of The Village of South Walton are right outside your door. Two beach chairs w/ backpack straps are provided in the unit for your use!

PLEASE NOTE - When booking, VRBO will prompt payment for the full amount. However, only 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to check in.

Living and Sleeping Area:

Features a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, high count linens, a 50” Smart TV (feel free to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc… account to watch your favorite shows) and a pull-out queen sofa with an extra thick mattress.

Kitchenette:

The kitchenette is very functional with granite countertops, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and microwave. Table seating for 2.

The Village of South Walton is a newer complex with 2 pools (one is heated between March 1 - May 1), a hot tub, gas grills at the pool, and free on-call tram service to Seacrest Beach.

Everything you need is foot steps away and bike rental is located onsite should you decide to rent. Leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy the great restaurants, shopping, beaches, and walking and biking paths. This unit is perfect for couples and small families.

The free shuttle runs continuously to the beach (hours vary depending on the season), but it's also just a short 7 minute walk if you choose to walk. The shuttle is also on demand - if it is not currently at the station, simply call and they will come pick you up.

Free parking is provided. Rosemary Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away, Alys Beach is a 10 minute walk, and the great shops and restaurants of The Village of South Walton are right outside your door.

2 night minimum unless there is a single night available between two existing bookings. There are laundry facilities located on the first floor of the building. The pools and tram station are located right outside of our building. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.

My stay in Seacrest

The property was clean and neat. We had a difficult time locating the condo. The directions were confusing. I had to call the host contact and she finally helped us find it. The room was very warm- about 81 degrees. There was a thermostat on the wall and I assumed that was the one for the AC unit. Turned out the thermostat was on the chest under the unit. I had to call the property contact again and she set the thermostat and explained that when we left the room for a period of time the AC would turn off and we would need to turn back on at the thermostat. The room never got below 76degrees even though we set it at 68 degrees. It got pretty warm a few times. I suggested to property contact you might want it checked. Also found out a couple days before trip that Seacrest Beach does NoT allow wagons or any rolling items on the beach. You must hand carry everything. If I had known that up front I would have not booked. You should make potential customers aware of this rule. We did enjoy our trip. I will certainly return to the area just not book in Seacrest.

Rosemary Beach

You need to put a comfort height toilet in for handicap people. There was small black bugs in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

Great experience

My daughter and I had a great time while staying at the Village Studio. It was much larger than we had thought it was going to be. There are pools real close by and a nice tram that will take you to and from the beach. Then there are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. I am looking forward to coming back to Rosemary Beach. I would definitely recommend going to Rosemary Beach, and the VBRO owner I delt with.
