About the home

“Lilibridge” is a 5 bedroom family friendly home split over three levels in San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below.

Indoor Areas

The entry level to the home is the mezzanine level. Here you will find Bedrooms 2 & 3 (both with BIR), the main bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs comprises the open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with smart TV and coonara-style wood heater), providing access out to the huge wrap-around covered balcony. The master bedroom is also on this level and comes with its own views and an en-suite (shower, bath & toilet).

The downstairs level has Bedroom 4 (with direct access to the rear yard) & Bedroom 5. The laundry/third bathroom is on this level (with washing machine & dryer) and also has a toilet and shower.

Outdoor Areas

The huge wrap-around fully covered deck provides a great place to entertain with BBQ and seating for 6 at the outdoor dining table plus another 4 in the outdoor couches. The delightful water views coupled with sunset views make this the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The enclosed back yard is great for the family too, and there is parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles, plus additional parking on the street.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home features a split-system reverse cycle unit in the upstairs living room plus a coonara-style wood heater in the living room (wood not provided). There are ceiling fans in the living room plus Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3. There are an additional 3 pedastal fans and XX mobile heaters for use where required.

Please note that wood is not provided for the wood heater.

Bedding Arrangements

This home has 9 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
