Excellent all round

The house is lovely: clean and modern. We were there for work meetings - there are two comfortable lounges with TV displays which worked very well. The property manager is very friendly and efficient. We were a group of 11 and all comfortably accommodated. Excellent experience - thank you!

This was a great location for being in Te Anau and a short stay before going to Milford Sound. However, 2 stars because the electricity in the house short circuited at night. We tried to contact support but they said no one was available to fix the issue and was unable to be fixed until the morning leaving all of us without heat and electricity during a cold stormy night. We suspect it is because all the heaters in the bedrooms were on at the same time, which was done due to the temperature outside being freezing. There was no messaging or communication about this and there was no quick fix when the issue arose. We would recommend this place if you like the location and don't plan on using all the heaters in the rooms. Otherwise, stay away.
