NIcely updated and ready for rent, great for a family, individual travelers, or guests with a pet. Pets MUST be on leash at all times when on the property grounds.
Living room: Pellet stove with a glass face for winter heat and ambiance Queen sleeper sofa - bedding in the hall closet-inside bag Two chairs with coffee and end tables 40" smart TV & DVD player Kitchen: Dishwasher and soap along with liquid soap, microwave, refrigerator, electric oven with cooktop, drip coffee maker, basic essential for cooking, eating and drinking, blender, crock pot, salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, paper coffee filters and paper towels.
Alcove sleeping area: Full bed with shade and curtain to give a bit of privacy.
Bedroom: King bed closet dresser and side tables Blackout curtains 37" smart TV
Bathroom: Vanity sink outside the toilet and shower area Shower/tub with enclosure Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion Storage closet outside front door, snow shovel and scraper inside closet - please return after use Keyless front door entry with a deadbolt for evening security Key for outside closet will be inside the condo Sunshine Village has a tennis court (temporarily closed summer 2023) and pool available in the summer months, Jacuzzi is available year round. Close to a shuttle stop, Sierra Star Golf Course, Old Mammoth Rd. with restaurants, Vons grocery store, coffee shops, sports and retail shops.

My family and I enjoy this place. It was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Location was great and the place had everything we need! Hopefully we can stay here again!
Great place for a short trip to see the fall colors.
Property was as described. All amenities provided.
I would recommend upgrading to a Keurig type coffee maker for that quick cup on the go! Otherwise, Starbucks works!
Pet friendly, loved they made our fur babies welcomed!
