Enjoy the ideal vacation spot on the southern side of Siesta Key, with restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, lunch spots, convenience stores, groceries, and specialty shops all nearby. Siesta Key Village is about a 10-minute drive or an easy ride on the free trolley.

Siesta Key stay

Overall our stay was lovely. The place was quiet clean and tidy. Check in process and check out we’re very easy. Plenty of space for our group. Having a washer/dryer in unit was a plus! Short walk to beach about 6 minutes. Only thing to note is that the property does not have a direct cross walk to cross the street so you have to walk a short distance on side of road before you get to a sidewalk. Otherwise we loved our stay

Clean, quiet, well-stocked & comfy

We had a delightful time exploring Siesta Key. Parking was out of the question in town, but there is a free trolley available right at a nearby 7-11. We were disappointed at the small size of the pool & surrounding paved area. It is mostly shaded during the day, too. Renters of this unit should also know there is no balcony or personal outside space at all. On another note, the kitchen was out of this world! I love to cook & was in heaven in that beautifully renovated kitchen. It was annoying that most storage spaces were loaded with pillows, blankets & linens, particularly when we had a couple visiting. We also had to remove & temporarily stow all the little decorative table items, so we had at least some surfaces. It is imperative that the dining room table only seating four, be replaced with a larger table. Everything else from the large pan showerheads to the comfy living room furniture was perfect. We were thrilled with the restaurants & family attractions, shops & amazing beaches!

The view was better than many that were across the street on beach side. Access to the Point of Rocks, an ocean front reef, was easy. The shuttle arrives just down the street to take you near the large public beach. I paid much less for the unit because it was across the main road, Midnight Pass. It was 3rd floor, front building so it as still nice looking out front. It has a nice private pool. The ITrips Sarasota manages the property. They were SO responsive. I needed a blender, by the time I got off the beach it was at my front door. Our dishwasher would not complete a cycle. They had it fixed within 36 hours with parts. I can't get service on appliances like that at home. I'm keeping this listing, a great value and nice condominium. Quiet too. Don't forget, the washer and dryer were a real bonus to the room.
