Lovely Home

Our family had a great time at this lovely home. The kids favorite part was of course, the pool. The property is easy to get to, far away from big city life, but still in driving distance to the San Marcos outlets or even Austin.

Great Place to Stay

Enjoyed our time here and met our needs for a long weekend vacation. My kids lived in the pool the whole time and we had plenty of outdoor space to sit and watch. Everything (literally) was labeled inside which made it so easy to find or figure out stuff. We were also less than 10 from Bastrop so getting food from either a grocery store or delivered was a breeze. So glad we were able to book the space when we did.

Great pool and home!

We had a wonderful weekend relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The park is so close and easy to get to. Far enough out of town to see great stars at night but close enough that getting groceries was easy. The hosts thought of everything and it made our stay so easy!

We usually stay here at the same time every year. We’ve become friends with the host to where we would text each other throughout the year! She’s a lovely host and a wonderful person! If you like peace and quiet with scenery. This is the spot. We even saw a family of Deere at night wondering around her property. We look forward to coming again next year. Great Stay in Smithville

We had a great vacation just hanging out by the pool. with our granddaughters. The 2 bedroom house was just the right size with an amazing kitchen, pool and hot tub area. We did notice quite a bit of pet hair on some of the outside pool furniture. We also received a text upon arrival that one of the toilets was "hard to flush". It was actually a broken linkage between the plunger and the handle. It was not that big of an issue and since no-one was sent to fix it, we made the best of it. I do recommend this place for a great get away.

The house is very clean however I was most impressed with how much the homeowner thought through guest needs. Very organized, labeled and relaxing. I was on a business trip and wanted to enjoy the countryside to escape the corporate pace for a couple days. Highly recommend.
