Just a couple suggestions there is no clock in the bedroom, the king bed in the master is really high hard to get on and off about 4ft off the floor.The TVs where a little difficult to figure out. Everything else was perfect

The kitchen had what was needed. The cookware was very worn. We did not get to use the pool. I have a difficult time walking and it was confusing as to how to reach the pool area. This may be covered in another area, but we found the sofas quite uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was very tall and we had to purchase a stepstool for me to be able to get into the bed.

sorry for any trouble with the cookware, we did not feel it was in the bad shape at all. however, had you let us know about that or any issues you had finding the pool, we gladly would have assisted. we've never had a guest struggle to find the pool before in the many years we have managed several condos at these buildings. we specifically have in the ad that the master bedroom bed is high. this is copy and pasted directly from the ad, not sure how this was missed. "Bedding: Master bedroom features a "high and grand" King-size bed.

Lovely condo having most amenities needed. Views are very special. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 out of 5 stars is the “beach” was a disappointment; the pigeons come each day and land on balcony and leave behind their many droppings and the “nature walk” was closed the entire time.

glad you enjoyed it! apologies about the nature walk being closed, unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over that. we also do try to inform our guests of exactly what to expect with the "beach like area" and include a photo of it so there aren't any surprises. We also do note that if you are wanting real beaches, you'd have to drive a bit into the county just south. thanks for taking good care of the condo.
Very nice condo for good price. VERY responsive management company! If I have any suggestions they would be to provide a better equipped kitchen (every thing was CLEAN, just a bit too tattered), and invest in a bar height table and chairs for the balcony so that your guests can sit outside and watch the water while enjoying coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The set there now is regular table height and allows for no view. Even with those two suggestions, I would stay again.

Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and we always had a little breeze. Very nice pool with pretty low usage when we were there in September. Good Grouper sandwiches at Sam's and Inn at The Gulf less rhan 5 minutes away.

This place was everything I wanted and more! Absolutely beautiful from the grounds, the pool, the view, and the unit itself. Very well decorated, kitchen has everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds, and having 2 bathrooms is such a bonus! I will 100% be returning in the future!

The place was absolutely beautiful—truly a hidden gem! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were breathtaking, and every person we encountered was warm, friendly, and welcoming.The atmosphere leans more toward a mature crowd, mostly retirees.While the surrounding area outside the resort is a bit run-down, the resort itself is very secure with gated access and feels like a well-kept oasis.Everything on the property was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The pool was crystal clear, and the tennis and pickleball courts were in excellent condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind!
I would have rated this condo 8 stars if I could have. It was spotless and had so many little details. They had quality furnishings, the bed was wonderful. I would buy the place if I could!

We were visiting the area to visit family and attend a baby show. The location was perfect for our needs. The property was very nice and the view from the 8th floor was worth a million dollars.
When visiting this area in the future I would definitely stay again at this property and have recommended it to friends and other family members.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the view was beautiful and the condo was perfect for my family after a long day at the beach or near by! Thank you so much for taking care of your place and letting others enjoy the beauty! I also liked that the front entrance is monitored and friendly!
Very nice condo! Super clean! Loved the waterfront views of the Gulf. Took a short trip to Clearwater Beach which was only about 35 miles away. Made me never want to stay in a hotel EVER again.
The facility was nice, clean, kitchen well equipped. The property had a VERY small beach, lovely cove, nice pool, good view. We did enjoy ourselves and it was a nice property. We were able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony. We did really miss having access to a large beach which is really the only reason for less than 5 stars.

The actual property is nice. Just like the pictures. No mop or other tools to do spot cleaning though so I suggest bringing your own especially if you are brining kids. Poor communication with property management. Was not warned that the pool would be closed during our stay which really took fun away for the kids
We enjoyed our week here. My husband and I worked here for the week and was perfect for our stay. The second bedroom we used as an office and fit dual 27” monitors on the table. Beautiful views from the balcony and front entrance. We saw manatees and dolphins during our stay. We enjoyed playing pickleball and walking through the canal neighborhoods each day. Our favorite restaurants were Inn on the Gulf in Hudson, Catches in Port Ritchie and Estuary in downtown New Port Richie. Would definitely recommend staying here for the views.
