The unit was absolutely spotless. Very attractive- Great bedrooms, kitchen and deck. It was very quiet, but in a location central to everywhere we wanted to go. We were very pleased and would stay there again.
Family took a short visit to Asheville and booked this property last minute. It did not disappoint! Location was perfect, close to downtown and the biltmore estate. The unit was super clean, very well stocked, and check in was a breeze. You won’t be disappointed with this place!
This house was spotless and it's in a very good location. Everything listed in the description is accurate. We had a great time staying at this house and will definitely return in the future.
We enjoyed our stay in Rose Cottage. The listing is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for my family of four and our small dog. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage. The decor is on point. The house is located within a 10-minute drive of our favorite restaurants and attractions in Asheville. Definitely recommend!
Fabulous! They had games! The VERY steep uphill drive is something to experience. What a rush! Be prepared. The trash all over in the neighbor's yard was not appealing. The balcony setting in the treetops was stunningly beautiful. The upsatairs kids nooks was adorable. The bedrooms were super comfortable! What a great kitchen!
House was very clean and access to house worked easily. There were six of us and not enough glasses of same size to use without washing them. Probably there has been loss from breakage prior to our visit. The blind on the door leading to the porch needs to be repaired or replaced. A small wash basin and dish drain rack would also be handy to have available. Also there was not a dish wash cloth available. A wash cloth was found in laundry room that we used. There was a construction site being developed behind the house which did not bother us but may bother other visitors. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. Thank Hope & Ron Stetler
