Tucked on the east side of A1A in the serene island community of Summer Haven, Aqua Vista puts you just a half mile from the beach and 20 minutes from the heart of historic St. Augustine. Four bedrooms, three full baths, and space for up to 10 guests make this the ideal base for families or groups ready to slow down and soak in Florida's Historic Coast. Sorry, no pets.
 
Living & dining
Inside, the open living area is built for gathering - a comfortable seating arrangement anchors the room, while a flat-screen streaming TV keeps evenings easy. The dining table offers plenty of room for the whole group to pull up a chair, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals from scratch.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms spread across the home sleep up to 10 guests across 5 beds. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided so you can pack light.
 
Outdoor spaces
Step outside to the patio or balcony and feel the shift in pace immediately. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area set the scene for relaxed evenings, and the upper-level deck is a great spot to start the morning. With free driveway parking for two vehicles and a private entrance, arrival is as smooth as the rest of your stay.
 
Everyday comforts
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and keypad self check-in round out the practical side of things. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
 
Getting around
Summer Haven sits within easy reach of Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the cobblestone streets of downtown St. Augustine - all under 30 minutes away. The Matanzas Inlet is a short drive for anyone who wants to fish.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
