Explore our 4300 sq ft oasis, with AC in every room for your comfort. Nestled in a gated lot with a 9 ft concrete wall, this tranquil retreat is just a 5 min walk to the serene northern beach. For more excitement, vibrant downtown Coco's lively shops and restaurants are a mere 3 min drive away. Enjoy stunning ocean and mountain views from the master bedroom and living room. You also have a private infinity pool, a hot tub, and a Roku sound bar with projector for the exterior entertainment.



The Space:

The master bedroom boasts a mountain and oceanview, and you can take in those stunning vistas from the comfort of your own patio. Relax in our infinity pool and hot tub, or entertain in style with a movie or a music band with our 150 inch screen outdoor projector, Roku sound system, and space for 16 guests to sit, to BBQ, to eat and enjoy.



And if you need even more space, our newly renovated basement studio can be freed up from the caretakers if you want to use it or prefer total privacy. The Neighborhood:

The dead end street to access the villa is small, private and all neighbor are friendly locals. Beach is at 5 minute walking distance, downtown stores and restaurants at 3 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



In the basement, not connected in the Villa lives caretakers. Please note that they are quiet and only go in the upper part with permission from the guests. If you want full privacy, we can relocate them for an extra fee. Allow us about 2 week notice if you want us to relocate the caretakers.



The pool and jacuzzi maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday around noon

The garden maintenance is every Friday around 9 am

Those specialists have an access code to enter and maintain the property.



Your stay includes a virtual house guide with all the essential information about the property and the area.



This property includes an optional damage waiver, which helps cover accidental damage for your peace of mind.

The place was clean, kitchen was well stocked and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. It is close to the beach and the main strip while still being private. We travelled with 11 people (4 adults and 7 young adults) and the separate areas worked very well for us. We rented three golf carts that we were able to charge on site.

Wonderful spacious property

We enjoyed the multiple living areas and the wonderful outdoor kitchen area, it served our family and friends well for the large group we had. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a easy walk to the beach and lots of space.

Family stay in Costa Rica

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The location is a short walk to the beach or to the town, and has all the amenities you need. If you want to just stay home all day and relax, the views are beautiful and serene. If you want to do more adventurous activities around the area, it's easy access from this property. The hosts were so friendly and very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Unique property, full of entertainement!

We were a family on a road trip looking for a 2 bedrooms but found this gem at almost the same price as a condo but got this huge private place all for us. The place had everything we needed, super clean and the keepers were very friendly, the hot tub and outdoor projector are very cool. I highly recommend, Thank you Patrick and Chantal!

Breathtaking tranquility

Our group of 9 spent 6 nights at this spectacular property. The pictures do not do it justice - it is incredible. The bedrooms are spacious and airy, the amenities are top-notch, and the view will take your breath away. Located amongst friendly locals, town is close and convenient. From the pool you can watch howler monkeys and so many birds who live in the surrounding trees. Patrick and Chantal are warm, welcoming, kind, and helpful. We did not want to leave.

Great Gem

The house is amazing and has everything you will need to make for an enjoyable trip. Due to the two buildings, we were able to have my parents in the main house while we were in the second and could play music and stay up without disturbing them. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, which makes it easy to cook meals. Our favorite part was the projector near the hot tub. It became the best way to relax from the day and take in the sunset while watching a show or listening to music. Definitely recommend it and will be staying again.

Nice location - Close To Beach and Town.

During our stay we saw Howler Monkeys, Iguanas & many kinds of Birds on the property. Being that we were there in the dry season there was always leafs blowing around pool area and Inside ants looking for moisture. This home is walking distance to the beach and close to town. Balcony on 2nd floor bedroom is a great place to watch Sunsets. Road to property is very narrow and rough (that is common for roads in Costa Rica). Owners where very helpful answering any questions and prompt handling any concerns.

Perfect Stay for Large Family Group

We are so happy that we were able to find the perfect place for our family vacation that included eight grandchildren (majority toddlers) and parents! Both villas are lovely and spacious! We were able to use together space for meals, singing and dancing (hope we weren’t too loud) as well as separate space for baby naps and quiet times – exactly what we were looking for! The beautiful pool/jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen/dining and movie area, two (2) large clothes washers, just a few of the many amenities noted, pulled our stay together! We were greeted on the property daily by monkeys, iguanas, butterflies and beautiful birds, getting the true Costa Rican vibe even before venturing out for the day! The location is minutes aways from the beach, gift shops, and restaurants, making it easy to slip away just whenever! Many thanks to Patrick's team, for the attentive service during our stay! We hope to return soon!

Psychotherapist Retreat

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful property. The caretakers were very responsive to our needs. We felt very safe and enjoyed being visited daily by the monkeys and neighbouring cats.The property had ample yoga mats and equipment for us. The rooms perhaps were not best suited for a retreat with people who are not related with one another given it was difficult for people to want to share the spacious beds in each room.That said this would be an ideal property for family groups to come together in the beauty of Costa Rica, and in Playa de CocoThe host arranged for Massage Therapists and facial providers to come to the home, which was a lovely touch. The retreat goers were amazed by how the Massage Therapists healed parts of their bodies that were chronically stuck. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great Vacation!

4 adults, 3 teens and 1 pre-teen had a great stay at this property. The property is split into 2 buildings/villas so the kids and adults had enough space to relax when we weren't around the pool or having dinner together.We rented 2 golf carts instead of having a car rental from the airport (we booked an airport transfer which was quick and easy), and we would highly recommend the golf carts to get out and explore the resort especially as it was so hot during our stay (March). Having individually controlled air conditioning in every room was perfect and we also booked a local chef for a few dinners and breakfasts which was amazing!! Patrick and Chantel were great hosts, they responded quickly to any questions we had before we arrived and were really helpful while we were there too - they live onsite but they were very respectful of our space and we were grateful that if we needed anything they weren't so far away. Also onsite were a family of howler monkeys who liked to visit and were very entertaining but never came too close to the house/pool.All in in all we had a wonderful vacation and would not hesitate to come back to this beautiful property. Thank you!!
