We had a fantastic stay! The home was big, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The modern amenities, from the fully stocked kitchen to the smart TVs and updated bathrooms, made it feel like a luxury getaway. My family truly enjoyed our stay. It was evident that a lot of thoughtfulness was put into every aspect of this unit and our time there felt like home! Graham was very welcoming (reaching out almost immediately after we booked) and very responsive. The location was perfect - a short 15 minute drive allowed us to spend time with family in Georgetown while still enjoying an intimate getaway with our young adult children.

We've been traveling to Pawleys Island (SC) for the last 25 years and have had many memorable stays. Our recent stay at this Vrbo property ranked near the very top given the property amenities and decor, spacious floor plan and great location. Wonderful new build home

We came to Pawley’s with some friends for a wedding. The house was charming, modern, and clean. We had all of the space we needed. Check in was easy, the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the living space was cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf Trip

Perfect accommodations for our trip. Loved the layout, decor. It was very comfortable and we will plan on staying at that property again. We would recommend this property to others. Would advise that they possibly look into their seashell collection near the front entryway as there was a faint fishy odor when you first enter the house. Might need to bleach those shells a bit more.

Close to Everything

This property was great for an impromptu weekend at the beach for our two small families. While the location isn’t right on the beach, it’s a quick 8-10 minute drive and is close to everything we wanted to do! The house was clean and tidy on the inside with a stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast before heading out for the day. There were plenty of board games to play too! I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because the back patio could’ve been rinsed off and the neighbor came to mow the grass when we arrived. Overall we would rent this house again and recommend it to others.

Great house. Provided a great location for us because we play all our golf near Pawleys island. Excellent appointments. Renters should be aware that they need to bring a computer to watch the channels they are accustomed to watching because all TVs are smart TVs.Very clean. As described. Recommended.
