The location is perfect very close to everything. Seconds from the Pool , Bar , Gym and Breakfast Spot !! The unit had plenty of room and was fully stocked by the owner . Very very clean +++ . I will highly recommend this unit for any family looking to enjoy Florida and or just relax at this location. Amazing location everything is walking distance from the room .

First of all, the accommodation was plenty of space and have everything that you can need. Kids room was at the other side of the apartment giving privacy for everyone. Very close to restaurant and easy access to the parks. Paul is one of the greatest host we ever had. Very flexible if he can be and we are actually become friends. Amazing stay.

Perfect Fit!

We were in town for volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center and it was perfectly centrally located. Close to volleyball and all theme parks. Paul went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be and was so easy to communicate with. The room was a perfect fit for our family of five. Super clean and plenty of room to spread out. We very much appreciated the personal touches of snacks, laundry detergent, coffee creamers, etc. We will be back.

very clean with welcome basket of coffee and goodies

The condo is a bit dated, but was clean and inviting with good beds and linens. The kitchen could use some measuring cups and measuring spoons, but other kitchen utensils were adequate for a family of four+. Sofa looked brand new, but the side chairs need to be replaced. The host, Paul was excellent to work with. The large pool is near the condo, water was heated and temperature was warm. Pool had music and a snack store with a limited food menu.
