Beach Bummed!

Signed up for express check in as it would be after hours. We were given a code to a lock box and were told a welcome envelope with keys would be in there. The envelope was not inside. Our family was locked out for about an hour when a property security guy showed up after being called. The beds are old and very uncomfortable as well as the pancake thin pillows. There aren’t any beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc. We had construction that was loud in a unit near us and the units are not sound proof as you can hear people next to you.

My family and I were very pleased with the unit we stayed in. Our interactions with the front office were much better. We previously had some bad interactions but it looks like there is new faces in there who are much more friendly and easy to talk to. Love the upgrades they have done to the place. Much overdue!
