Highly recommend this place! Booked for a week of relaxation and it did not disappoint. 5 min into Huntsville. Beautiful and very comfortable unit, everything you could need. Parking right by the door so very convenient. Hope to stay here again! Fyi not wheelchair suitable, there are several stairs. Only a minor thing to note: Grandview Dr badly needs repair, so please drive sloowly. Potholes and frost heaves can cause havoc with your car. It's a great slalom course, at least it's a short road.

Grandview Drive will be reconstructed staring in April. It will be a new road staring from Hwy. 60 all the way to the top of the road. We will also have a new concrete sidewalk alongside the whole stretch of the road along with new street lamps and tree planting along the road.

Beautiful stay

We truly enjoyed staying at the lake getaway, the area is conveniently located near Huntsville (you will require car). The area is quiet and peaceful. We found the apartment spotless and cosy. The light in the mornings are spectacular. I would recommend sitting on the shared dock for sunrise. We cant wait to visit again!

Perfect and Peaceful

I was attending a conference in the area, and this place was perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s conveniently located close to Huntsville , and yet feels secluded and private. I would love to find another reason to come back

This is our second time at this lovely apt. It is beautifully and generously appointed with a balcony overlooking Fairy Lake. It is 30 minutes from Algonquin and 5 mins from Huntsville. Very well located.

Golf get-away

We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy a few relaxing days. Views of the lake through the trees was awesome. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. Everything was top notch quality. Host was easy to communicate with and the golf at Mark O'Meara was excellent.

Everything was spectacular about our weekend. The condo is immaculate. The location right on the lake is amazing with a spectacular view. Parking right out the front door. The area was very quiet. You are right outside of town where there is lots to see and great restaurants. Arrowhead in the fall was also gorgeous and only an 8 minute drive from the condo. We will definitely be coming back.

Ladies Getaway

This condo is just as pictured. Very clean and bright. The kitchen is stocked with everything from pots and pans to a potato peeler. The view onto Fairy Lake is lovely. The patio is a perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee. A short drive to Algonquin Park or to Bracebridge. I didn’t need to contact the owners but I have a feeling they would have been very responsive. It was a perfect little place for a getaway!

Muskoka getaway

We booked with fingers crossed on weather . Predictions were two days of rain ….no problem , because they were wrong . We golfed all three days with only a small thunder storm on Wednesday . Going home to our cozy lodgings was the best . We watched the storm finish up and enjoyed the early morning visit from the hummingbird on the deck . The place is immaculate and has every need we might want . Beautiful and comfortable .

Perfect escape

All the amenities you need for a Muskoka get away. A very lovely, well appointed 1 bedroom with ample space to get away and just relax. We visited in the winter and weren't looking to do anything other than relax. Its a close jaunt to town for a stroll and some very lovely restaurants are nearby. My only suggestion is to the condo corp, not the unit hosts: designated ADA parking would be beneficial as someone with limited mobility will have difficulty navigating the sloped parking lot. In our case, I was able to drop my husband off and find parking a top. (There is ample parking - just not necessarily friendly for someone with limited mobility) Pino and Mari - thank you for sharing your bit of heaven with us.

early october getaway

Condo was lovely, welcoming, clean and very well appointed. The drive in was the POLAR OPPOSITE....run down, unwelcoming and rement facilities abandoned. Not being familiar with cogeco and wanting to watch Jays playoff game and local news we were unable to do so. Reached out to the owners who responded to an email request but their instructions were not compatible with the converters provided. I requested a call to my cell phone to assist in walking us through the process but never received a call. As a result went in to town to watch the ball game. Tried to light a fire log several times on our final night with no success. No walking / hiking trails available on the entire property. Cayaks and paddle boards available down by the water however now paddles. One small dock for all units. Didn't do it for us, won't recommend to family and friends and won't be back.

Hi Tracey, I am a little perplexed at your negative review. We have had our condo on STR platforms (Airbnb/Vrbo) since 2019 and we have had over 200 reviews from guests and we are proud to maintain a 5.0 star rating. We are Super Hosts on Airbnb and Premier Hosts on Vrbo. The 'small' swim dock that you refer to is 15 feet wide and 40' long (600 sq.ft.) and typically on any given day there are only a few people on this dock and especially during the week there is no one on there. In addition, no where does it say on our listing amenities that paddle boards, canoes, and/or kayaks are for use for our guests. These recreational crafts are owned by the owners of the condo complex and that is why if you noticed carefully they are all locked up. Since 2019 we have provided our guests with eco friendly wood burning logs. I have never in 4 years had anyone (over 200 guests) ever complain about not being able to light a fire log. Very simple instructions on the package and it even shows you where to place the flame (lighter) to get it started. With respect to the Cogeco tv, again in 4 years and over 200 guest stays I have never received a complaint on how to use the tv converter, WIFI internet or the like. I did respond to your e-mail to give you instructions on how to access the regular tv channels and how to achieve this with the 2 converters. One converter is for the tv and the other is the Cogeco converter that allows you to access regular cable channels like local news and sports. It is very simple and and not complicated at all. I do apologize, however, that I missed your e-mail with respect to calling you to walk you through the process. There is a hiking trail on the Grandview property that is 2km in length and is considered a moderately challenging route. There are a number of local trails, i.e. Arrowhead Provincial Park (12 min. drive ), Limberlost Nature Reserve (15 min. drive) and of course Algonquin Provincial Park., and at Deerhurst Resort (7 min drive).All are in close vicinity of our condo at Grandview. I would highly suggest you download the "All Trails" app on your phone for future reference. All Trails will provide you with all the walking trails wherever you are in North America. It provides you with a map of the trail, difficulty, length of trail, and sights you should pay attention to. We have had guests stay with us from all parts of the world, China, Japan, UK, Italy, US , Canada etc. and they all loved their stay with us. Did you read the comments left behind in our 'Welcome Book' by our guests by any chance?

Wunderschönes Appartement in traumhafter Lage. Perfekt für Tagesausflüge in den Algonquin Park. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein Lust erholsame Tage braucht. Die Lage direkt am See mit eigenem Badesteg und der Blick aufs Wasser vom Balkon aus haben uns wirklich begeistert. Sollten wir nochmal in der Region sein kommen wir sicher wieder.
